My name is G. Rao and I am in elementary school. I love reading books, especially realistic fiction, mystery novels and mythological stories. I started this blog because I read a lot of books and I wanted to share my opinions with other kids. I promise not to spoil the endings because I hate when people do that to me! Some of my favourite authors are Jacqueline Wilson, Judith Kerr, Dusti Bowling, Barbara O’Connor, Rick Riordan, Michael Morpurgo, David Walliams, Marius Trevelean and many many others!

I already said that I loved reading, but I enjoy other activities too. I cheer for PSG - Allez Paris! I love playing Ping-Pong! It’s quite funny to see where the little ball will go. I’ve been trying to beat my dad at chess for years - any day now! I also play tennis and golf. My favorite tennis player is Emma Raducanu. Can you believe that she won the U.S. Open at just 18!? In golf, I love hitting driver shots. My farthest shot so far has been 163.3 yards. I also love motorsports. My favorite F1 driver is Max Verstappen - “​Tu-tu-du-du Max Verstappen!” Imagine going from energy drinks to high tech cars - Red Bull is pretty extreme!  As most people do, I love music and play the piano. The composer I like the most is Bach and my favorite piece is the William Tell overture by Rossini and many jazz pieces. I also really, really like musical theater. Last year, I  played the role of Ms. Phelps in the play Matilda, locally. Beaches or mountains you ask? Beaches if I’m swimming and snow covered mountains if I’m skiing - the best of both worlds!
